I cannot say enough good things about Hector and his daughter Arlene. I needed to have a bedroom carpet stretched back out after having it pulled for a home project. Hector was able to fit me into the schedule the following day, and arrived within the promised time window. Not only were they quick, clean, and professional, but they went above and beyond by adding some missing padding, and ensured the pad was glued down when reinstalled. Would absolutely recommend!

Hector is Amazing! He went above and beyond to repair or carpet, remove stains, and helped get the smell of our dog's urine from the carpets. He was professional, prompt, helpful and friendly. Definitely will use his services again!

Hector did an fantastic job fixing our carpet. My dog tore up the carpet in the office room right next to the door and it looked horrible. I called other companies to see if they would be able to fix it and they said no, that they would have to do the whole entire room in order to fix that issue. I called Valley Carpet Repair and they quickly replied saying that they would be able to fix it. Hector came the next day and was very fast and professional. He did a great job at an affordable price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for carpet repair or installation.

Did very quick and efficient work on some carpet repair. The price was exceptionally lower than other quotes I got from other companies, but not at the expense of quality work. The carpet they removed from the carpet to repair the damaged area was replaced with carpet very close to the original and is difficult to tell the difference. Recommend using them for any carpet services.

Hector did an excellent job and was very professional in his communication and quality of work. He stretched some carpet for us, cleaned the carpet and an area rug. He worked quickly but carefully and did a beautiful job. Hector is the kind of person we are always happy to find and keep his card to call again!

Valley Carpet came by and gave us an incredibly fair estimate and was in our home going to work within a week. Hector was down to earth, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We have been in our home for 10 years now. We had previously used another company about five years ago and was not very pleased. After Valley Carpet completed the job, we can say that this is very best our tile has looked. Call Hector and you will not be disappointed.

After removing a built-in wall unit in my son's room I was left with an unexpected 10 by 1.5 foot section of concrete; no carpet, no pad (...and no baseboards!). I've never needed an odd carpet repair job like this and had no idea whether or not I was headed for a time/money nightmare. Fortunately for me, I got a call back from Hector. Hector did a great job on my carpet cleaning. Did 3 rooms and got all the stains out. Big difference from what I had before. Stains involved my kids and he got the job done. Can't express my words of gratitude and appreciation. Would recommend to anyone who wants thier carpet cleaned

Hector was fairly priced and did great work. I needed a couple of closets carpeted. He had a scrap he sold me and completed both closets quickly and conservatively priced. He also cleaned the carpets in the rental unit I moved out of. Terrific job and understands the meaning of service. Call him and find out for yourself!

I had my tile and grout cleaned by VCR. Hector did a great job, was very professional and had good customer service. You can tell that he has a lot of experience and really cares about his work and getting it done right. My tile and grout was cleaned very well. The color the grout is supposed to be came back to life. I will definitely use VCR services again and highly recommend them.

Hector was timely, professional, and did great work at a reasonable price. Carpet soaked and damaged after water heater leak plus some other repairs, modifications, and cleaning. Terrific work on all of it. Hector knows his stuff. And he has a cool van too ;-).

Amazing work. Under promised and over delivered. I had 3 softballs size red paint stains that were all removed without patching or dyeing in under an hour. Hector was honest and upfront about the work and the price. I would recommend VCR to everyone.
